Welcome to The Foundation Station: your go-to spot for learning the tips, tricks, and tools to provide your child a strong foundation!
Welcome to the very first post of The Foundation Station!
To start, we want to introduce the faces behind Focused Foundations Pediatric Therapy and The Foundation Station blog. Leanne and Jill are the founders of Focused Foundations Pediatric Therapy and are both moms of young kids. We know exactly what it feels like to balance the deep desire to help your child thrive with the reality that there are only 24 hours in a day (and usually not enough coffee to fill them!). We understand the mental load of parenting, and we created this space to support to you and your family, with skilled and achievable advice, rather than another thing on your list. The Foundation Station is a dedicated stop for parents and caregivers to gather expert advice, practical tools, and a little bit of grace.
What’s Waiting for You?
Whether you are currently part of our clinic family or just looking for ways to support your child’s development at home, we’re packing this blog with resources you can actually use:

Developmental Milestones: Insights into how your child is growing and what those big (and small!) victories look like.

Product Recommendations: No more guessing games. We’ll share our favorite toys, tools, equipment, and gifts, that truly support therapeutic goals.
