We are located at 31 Schooset Street in Pembroke, MA
Access our office through Building 5 and head up the stairs. Focused Foundations is on the left hand side in unit 506. Our office is only accessible through the main stairwell. If you are unable to utilize stairs or need special accommodations, contact us to arrange an alternate therapy option.
